Polyurethane Moulds
Airforme has developed a frame-less polyurethane mould system which is suitable for various shapes, textures and depths of concrete product.
It's flexibility allows greater definition on the face and side of the product.
This patent pending system eliminates the need for any auxiliary clamping device and simply allows the mould to be positioned within a steel carrier, or onto a wooden pallet board and fastened down for vacuum demould on automated systems or for basic manual use.
We also produce the more conventional system which incorporates a supporting wooden frame.
